Our story

FESME was founded on a simple observation: the SME and mid-market segment — the backbone of Indian industry — is consistently underserved by the financial advisory ecosystem. The sharpest M&A bankers, the most experienced credit advisors, and the deepest lender networks have historically been reserved for the largest corporates.

We set out to change that. FESME brings the same institutional rigour that large corporates take for granted — financial models, info memos, lender benchmarking, term sheet negotiation — to companies in the ₹50 Cr to ₹1,000 Cr revenue range, who often need it the most.
